I am currently working for a company through consultancy but i changed my employer(consultancy) when i got this project. My old employer filed for my H1B and it was approved. I also had OPT extension applied and was approved for 17 months. While i was still on OPT before OCT 1st  (start of H1B) , I changed the employer and i started working on this project on the 1st week of August so technicially i started my current project on OPT before my H1B started. Also my new employer applied for the H1B transfer on August which was later changed to premium. I received RFE for the H1b transfer and submitted the RFE response recently. Now i am waiting on the USCIS for the approval.

My company is offering me fulltime , so Can i again reapply for H1B directly from the company if my H1B transfer is denied.

If I want to go back to college as F1 , What are the steps i should take?

Please suggest me.

Anyway, can you help me with information on IT field?
I will be graduating in a semester. However, my major is not related to IT field. Can you tell me more about the training in the consultancy and the position we can apply through those training? Also, can a non- IT major make it to the IT field based on those training (Conditions for hardworking individually who can learn independently too)

there are some schools which will give u CPT from the very first semester, so u can keep working with your employer and apply for H1B again.

1)If you can get some sponsor who can process u in eb2 if you have advance degree u will get GC around year and your status will be adjusted
