Hi Friends,
My passport will expire in June 2013 and due to this reason the immigration officer approved my I-94 until June 7 2013 but my visa is till Dec 1 2013.I have now renewed the passport and what the procedures to get new I-94 with Dec 1 2013 date.

Isn't a I-94 a landing card? When you leave the country it must be surrendered. Just maintain your status till you get your h-1. I do not know what to tell you about getting a new I-94 as that is what is given at the port of entry. Good luck bro!
