Hello Friends,

Just thought I should start a thread that could help me and many Nepali freinds around the world. I am 26 and never had a girlfreind. Before you start assuming... I am 5-10, 160lbs and don't look bad at all. Its not that I am not freindly. Like most of us, I have many friends, mostly guys. There have been some freinds (girls) in my life I wanted to further our relationship but never had success. I didn't know where to start or what to talk. What lines to use to hint a Nepali girl that I am interested? Whenever I start talking to a girl, my head goes blank and feel like there is nothing else is left to talk. What should I do in that situation?

I am sure there are some pros out there who can give suggestions to me and many otheres. I have googled this topic but it talks about being yourself, funny and honest. Doing that has kept me single for 26 years!!!!! 

PS: I don't wanna ask my parents to find a girl for me.

   Dude you are 26 & never have a girlfren...   you sounded so frustrated...so here are my 2 Cents for ya...

              These kind of things are not like ....you want to have a girlfren & you will have her ...   Love just happens you know & if both ways then you'll have a girl fren on your Wife A/c shortly....  which never happened to ya... 
              So, my personal advice to ya is to give up that hope & ask your parents to find somone & go for a marriage boH...   26 is too late to have a girl fren lol..  
              Sad but true,I doubt if you'll ever have a girl fren either, sorry about that.....but guess wut your future wife will be too happy to have you ....even though it sounds so unreal on this modern world..
    
By the way, Change you name..& give it a try...  I think   ... Punk & biologist just don't fudge right !!!

it is not woth it.....especally with these Nepali girls......I really don't like Nepali girls.......don't waste your time...it is no big deal not having a girlfriend....I, too, never had a girlfriend......right now, I have couple of  contacts that I have sex with regularly....that works for me fine...

I had concentrate on my career first, these things happen when they do. Not unless you are the type to hanker after girls like some guys do. Reading your thread shows you are not that type. I am also not that type. The relationships that i had just happened without any plans. I never chased after any girl in my life but when you socialise and make friends, these relationship simply happened. So really, if you are desperate then you need to take this differently. No use being starry eyed. Choose someone who u know is single. Then text her and call her everyday for a month to show your interest. Then suddenly stop texting and calling her. This might make her curious. This might work sometimes.  

I think you need to go to personals section on Craigslist. It will definitely help. There are so many lonely people out there. Good Luck. 

If your goal is just to have a girlfriend, then I think you're going about it the wrong way. A girlfriend is not something that you own like a tablet or a pair of jeans, she's a person. So that means, you have to put in the effort, just like you make an effort in your Biology exams. 

Who cares who assumes anything even if you're 26 and don't have a significant other yet, insecurities aren't attractive. Perhaps, you should work on yourself first. 

Lastly, start off as friends, focus on getting to know the other person...that's how you can avoid confidence spasms, it's not just about you in a relationship . Being in a bad relationship is bad, worse, so no rush. Life is too short just to focus on a significant other.
