I filed in October but yet to hear back so trying to prepare for the worst case scenario. I was wondering if USCIS's 180 day auto-extension is counted from the auto extension expiry date of June 30, 2024 or the original EAD expiry date printed on the physical EAD card(mine was October 4, 2021). Anyone has any idea?

I reached out to Adhikar team about this but haven't got any response yet! I also went to E-Verify and added the 540 days auto extension date which is June 24, 2025 and i got the green check mark stating my verification is complete and I'm eligible to work.

I don't think e-Verify checks for expiration date. It only shows if you are eligible to work at the moment.

USCIS le kati dukha deko yaar. Kehi kam ni sochecko time ma nahune. At least we can inquire about the TPS. It's outside processing time now. Create service request if you haven't already done that. https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=onpt
