Raju161 when i first saw the title it said statue from eastern europe.
Well eastern europe used to be a stronghold of communist regimes.
During the communist regimes many people were killed, silence and taken away never to be return home. While many more became political prisoners. Then by looking at the statues, it unveils many statues one after the other coming down the steps. The steps can represent the years, or number.
Then you can see the statues some in defect. It can symbolically meant that some of these were victims
of repression, oppression and all knows there is in communist regime.

The statue nearest the camera is intact representing freedom. finally, at last, finishing, ending and so on that finally the siege or whatever have ended.Hence i said Freedom of Liberty or coming of the man where man have finally learnt to ignore the difference and live in harmony.

Good Art/Social Science student can easily tell apart from other majors.
