Kathmandu ko jagga ko bhau ghatna lako chha re..aaba tyo babu ram bhattarai ko koora aagadi bade pachhi ghatne sure chha re (baburam bhattarai ko koora=transaction for more than 30 lakh has to go through the bank) in that case both the parties has to pay taxes and need the proof of income for buyer. That will lead down fall in real estate business in KTM.

Just my thought but i might be wrong

To make a house at least 4 ana,                   2200000/80Rs =      $27,500

To build a house (regular)                            30,00000/80Rs =       $37,500

                                                                                              -----------------------

                                                                                                  $65,000 (cash or 8% apr)

Facilities= No water, power 6 hours a day, citi Bandha 7 days a month, Dhulo dhuwa, grocery price sky rocketed, Cab too expensive.

 Not MAX worthy.
