Hi i dont know if it is the common problem among nepali guys or not. But PE ( premature Ejeculation) is really killing my relationship, selfsteem and my day to day life style. It's like i am all macho and tough guy in front of everybody but when it comes to sex, my girl friends says to me " thats it" oh!! well we will try again. My macho tough personality will disappear and i will look like little sissy man. I know i do not have any control over this and i hate to be this way. its not even like i am teenager or i got too exited. I am at my mid twenties and i dont want to marry like this in future and have a shitty marriage life who cannot satisfy the woman. GUYS or GIRLS please drop some suggestions or technique for long term solution.

You need to be brave and go see a doctor. They can give you pills that will help u last longer.
Just take it easy and do it slowly and steadily. Slow and Steady wins the race. Take little breaks if you need to. Don't just keep doing it continuosely and (fast) just because you are with wild emotions. If my techniques doesn't help. Go see a doctor.

I am pretty sure Yoga can help you with this problem, learn something about Tantric yoga. After all, Hinduism does have a close tie in with Yoga & Kamasutra. I would not recommend taking pills for a problem which has natural remedies.. Let us know which path you take, and its results.

yes, there are some natural herbs u could take ... or you could do YOGA and perform other techniques on the organs ...as taught by TANTRIC SEX or KAMASUTRA ...but again , whether u take medicinal pills, a good diet (foods), or any other natural remedies or herbs ....seeing a doctor is a good thing .........sometimes these things are related to other serious illness in the body .... and it could be something else than the performance or appetite for sex issues ....if are putting this down for fun, its another story..but if u are seriousely being affected by this, do see a doctor ...could be anything like problem with testicles, prostrate cancer, effects of taking other drugs ...or some other problems in overall health.
