Hello friends I got H1B from an Indian consultancy. Unfortunately I am not able to get any job till date. Now, the consultancy wants me to leave asap asking minimum $$$$ for H1B transfer. Even I pay the money; it is not possible for me to transfer since I don’t have any job. I never thought of this situation before. Anybody in same situation! Please help me what would be the solution!!! I don’t care about my H1B, if somehow I can stay legally (like going into F-1 again). But I have to do paperwork for revoking H1B and I will out of status. So how can I go into F1 again? Aren’t they depot me after I lose my H1B status? Plzzzzzzzzzz help me with any constructive suggestion!!!! Thanks, Mbird

- First Place I would consult is with Seadai in New York, they are good in prompt response.
- Second place I would check around with my friends to see if they have any openinings, but in this job market, it is very unlikely
- Third, I would try different Indian Consultancies because they have reputation of placing people.
