Hi Friends,
My wife already have a H4 visa stamped in Nepal six month back and she is still in Nepal. Now two months back I have changed the company and my H1B status is still pending. My previous company told me that they canceled my H1B around 2 month back. My question is Can my wife come on old H4 visa even my previous company withdraw H1B visa? Or she needs to get new visa based on my current h1B? I asked two different lawyers and one of them said she can and other said she can't. I am so confused. If anyone has idea about this please help me.
Thanks
