Dear sajha user i am us citizen.my wife and my soon in nepal i applied i-130 for them now approved from uscis. now i need to fill   affidavit of support(i -864)form and send nvc but my income is last year only 13000doller in tax return do you have any idea how much will be income bring two person and if my income is too low they will get visa or not ?what i can do somebody can do sponcer for me  or not please help.

Sujal- Congrats on your  citizenship.When did you apply I-130 for your family and how long it took to get approve.I too am waiting for my I-130 to get approved for my family.Thanks in advise.

Are u going to apply for K visas or immigrant visa ? Do we need to wait that long to aply for K visa after the citizenship ?

 

sujal! don't worry i dont think your visa will be denied. just be real and tell the truth to the nvc. if you were studying during the time. disclose that also with your earnings so they can believe on the fact that you were studying so yo had low earnings. with that they make sure that you will make more money once you start regular job which would be good enought for your wife and your son. don't worry about the one year tax. loo for the past 5 years tax also. by the way i am also waiting for letter from nvc.  good luck

Looks like Immigration is taking really long time to approve I-130 or I-129.Do we need to send I-864 back to NVC again after the case is approved ? what is the average time for 129 approval.
