I wonder if anyone heard about victoria cross winner Tul Bahadur Pun being denied visa to visit UK. Apparently, there was a hue and cry about it in UK, and the minister reinstated the decision later. To those who don't know what VC is, it is British equivalent of America's congressional medal of honor, and there are only 12 living recipient of it. The guy working in UK embassy in Kathmandu must be a biggest jerk to humiliate 84 years old war hero.
