amanush, can you be more specific? how frequent does it happen? Does it happen after using any specific apps? Or, is that the case immediately after bootup? What was the latest systems change u did on ur laptop?

youtube should not be a problem, but rather a virus problem may be i had the same problem a month back and one of my friend looked all my program files and deleted those that looked suspicious to him (i dont know what he deleted) and later it was ok. i still get that problem but its very rare (lets say once in two weeks).

So far among the PCs I find HP the most reliable. I've had HP Pavillion for the past two years with no problem whatsoever. It is strong, and has intel pentium 4 processor like that of the desktop. The only negative side is that it is bulky and gets overheated. Other than that, simply the best... I have seen my friends with Sony, Compaq, Dell computers format their pcs time and again because of problems. I've had this good experience with this HP...

Toshiba Laptops are the best. I had Compaq and HP...both gave me problems. Toshiba has a very nice penbased notepad with fingerprints..!..has saved my life! Just register every website u frequently visit...store all your password...and just swipe..and u get there very fast. saves lots of time. High memory and dual core! This is the best laptop I have ever had! I am thinking, yours battery may be old. Good luck, Amanush!

Now you got something terrible Amanus - I am experienced (Pidit) - got that problem with my PC and also got rid of it. I feel your computer has just shown the first symptom - there is more to come. It will start getting dark soon after you turn on, be it on AC or Battery. Go to System Bios by pressing F2 (continue pressing soon after you turn on your pc.) and enter Video - Brightness - Check the level - adjust to 3 or 4 (both battery and AC). If not: check whether its a hardware prob. How? Switch to external desktop monitor and see whether the problem persists. Probably, problem with LCD display, a hardware problem - if you got warranty, contact, pack and send it to the concerned authority. If you don't have, prepare to get some money out of your card. hey amanush wat i thnk is that u or somebody who used ur comp has changed the power saving settin knowingly or unknowingly. so go to the "contol panel" then go to "power option" menu n change the settin like turn off ur monitor or turn off ur harddisk to never or how frefuently u want ur comp tob off. if that works gud for u if not try downloadin new antivirus from net. could b new spyware which ur antivirus isn't able to detect. let me know if it worked =)
