Wonderful images Sanjays,
"Where are we?"
I guess, we are where we came from and where we are going.

>We are just a dust in the universe..
This statement is so profound but your expression is different.
We are the only intelligent "dust" that has the ability to decide, feel, learn and grow among other things in this vast universe. There is no "dust" in this entire cosmos like us. Don't you think that makes us special??

2012?
I don't think we will ever be caught in a black hole atleast not in our lifetime for heaven's sake. But what do I know, hoina ta?FYI,I thought this would be helpful.
If a black hole existed, would it suck up all the matter in the Universe?
---------------------------------------------------------------
Heck, no. A black hole has a "horizon," which means a region from which you can't escape. If you cross the horizon, you're doomed to eventually hit the singularity. But as long as you stay outside of the horizon, you can avoid getting sucked in. In fact, to someone well outside of the horizon, the gravitational field surrounding a black hole is no different from the field surrounding any other object of the same mass. In other words, a one-solar-mass black hole is no better than any other one-solar-mass object (such as, for example, the Sun) at "sucking in" distant objects

We will never know where we are. Its a mystery that many will attempt to solve but never will. I can't imagine this vast Earth leave about our solar system and beyond!
