 I am applying for graduate school and school needs official transcript from Tribhuvan University. But the problem is, i have only one original transcript with me. I talked with international adviser also about notarized copy of my transcript but they are not positive. 

 तपाईंको ट्रन्स्क्रिप्ट फोटो कपी गरेर टी यु को परिक्षा नियन्त्रण कार्यालय (साएद अहिले बल्खु बाट यो काम हुन्छ।) जानुस। आवस्यक पैसो तिरेपछि, एक्जना अधिकारीले सक्कली सँग फोटोकपी सहि छ की नाई हेर्छन अनि सहि गरेर खाम भित्र हालेर बाहिर बाट छाप लाइदिन्छन्। त्यहि नै अफिसिअल ट्रन्स्क्रिप्ट हो। आनि त्यो खाम नखोली एपलाई गर्न लागेको युनिभर्सिटिमा पठाउनुस्। नेपालमा बस्ने कसैलाई यो काम गर्न र छिटो यहा आउने गरि पठाउन अर्हाउनुस्। 

They provide official transcript from balkhu...but to get that officail transcript you have to show your original transcript and graduation certificate..They don't issue that without showing origianals, So if you have your original here with you, the best way is, send that via Fedex or USPS to Nepal and tell your relative or friend to collect that and make the official transcript for you from balkhu and send the official transcripts to the universities you are applying. I did the same...my brother did all those stuffs for me. It takes  around $50-$60 to send the transcript to Nepal. It just takes 1 day to make that official transcript.
Don't forget to tell your friends/ relatives to take required number of envelopes and copies of your transcript and certificate with them.They just do the attestation and sealing of envelope with TU stamp there I guess.
And also, while  sending the attested official transcripts to the universities you are applying  tell them to put the address of balkhu on the envelope of Fedex .

If your current US university has your TU trasncript (that you submitted during application years ago), then they (ur current US university) can also send ur TU transcript to the university you are applying (most universities do this). Ask your registar and/or graduate school (I did it when I was applying for another university). You might need to fill out a simple form (trascript release form or something like that). Good luck!
