he is very popular and uploaded from when youtube was founded..
he has old movies,songs,modern songs everything

 yes same thing happened to me with my one account,
google always connects with youtube and we must make google account,but today i dont know what happened!

well looks like Google paid youtube to have all users to signup with them . This sucks

so the lesson for youtubers: if you are using others' creation give them some credits, ask for the permission, give some respects or at least don't act like those creations are your own properties as you added few graphics on it.

sorry to hear that imghale has been banned by youtube but he was also one who was disallowing others to embed his videos which were not his own creations.
