Is it the place in Bihar where people speak Nepali language? Got confused... hai.... !! These only happen in Bihar and other states of India... this news must be talking about Indian university... please clarify.. :-)

I don't find the officer beating the reporter as voilence. He looks like student physially. That doesn't mean that I am supporting the officer's work. But the Security are doing what they are told, its their work and everybody knows its seems troublesome to control the big crowd.

Moreover, the teachers who were accused of handing out the guess papers don't even teach the level for which the exam was held!
