Mr. Perm, Are you calling your parents on your garduation? Then it is the easiest visa to get for parents. I would say 95% approval. If you work in a company and are calling your parents for visit then you would need to draft a sponsorship letter mentioning that you intend to bear all the expenses of their visit. It should go along with the documents that they submit in the embassy. In both the cases they need to submit the documents as mentioned below: 1. Your Relationship verification. 2. Your parents financial documents. (I'm not sure about this) Guess they don't need. 3. What your parents does? But make sure you consult with your lawyer. Hada

Gorkhethito, With Relationship verification, I'm not talking I-130. It is the one that we make back home from Wada or Nagarpalika. "Nata Pramand" Sponsorship Letter meaning that you right a letter to American Embassy in Nepal stating that you are going to bear all the expenses of your parents when they are here. **THIS IS ONLY IF YOU ARE WORKING *** (a short of formality). Makes file look strong. Hada
