Hey, I have came here in J1 visa and i have a visa for 1 year but i wanted to try for the greencard now.what can i do the process for green card except marrying any citizenship holder.and i have found someone US citizen to sponser me. is it possible that i will get the greencard if someone sponsor me? I really appricate if u guys give me the right solution

No, that is not possible. It is only possible if the US citizen is your brother or sister or mother or father or son or daughter.

yes u can apply for asylum, but prepare documents first...its not just you apply for asylum and they give you greencard.

Think first which asylum you wanna do. If you wanna do polticial asylum, mouist are in govt. so i think you have to make very strong paper. If you wanna win asylum, you must have picture with GP koirala or Surya bdr thapa, lokendra chand etc. Because you have to show, you are anti communist or Mouist.

What about ur 2 year home country residence requirement. It's not so easy with J-1 visa. What category of J-1 visa u hold?
