I would like to share this info. There is a free clinic in 16 East 16 St , Union  Square. I am telling you my personal experience that it is a better than other city hospitals. It is part of NYU medical college. On top of that, its FREE for all, regardless of your immigration status. They open on Saturday. There is a pay clinic on weekdays. Telling you the truth, not having insurance in NYC is not a problem NOW. Call them today if you are not feeling well.

Ya, I searched free medical care when my Aama came here. She went back with good care. Can you believe, they called her in Nepal's number and talked to her about her health. She got 10 years Pneumonia vaccine,  on spot Nebulizer treatment and much  more. Best thing is I did not pay. If any elderly who need medical care (You=Sajhabasi), please refer them to this clinic. "What goes around, comes around"
