Hey guys, It would be really cool if IPL (even though it's called Indiean Premier League, they could change it to South Asian Primier League or something) would set-up a franchise in Kathmandu to promote cricket in Nepal. 4 foreign players (Ponting, Pollock, Gibbs, Dale Steyn etc playing for Kathmdnu:), 4 U-19 Nepalese players and others no-age-limit Nepalese players. That would really kick off Nepalese cricket. After, seeing the success of IPL, this came to my mind:)

I think it is more important to promote Nepali cricket with Nepali talents, not the other way round.

can't believe that this league is getting so hyped. bolloywood and cheerleaders from america 4 da opeaning ceremony were just enough to catch the world's attention.
now UK is jealous of it and is trying to open their own english premier league with even more funding. although 20-20 was their creation, india commercialised it earlier and now they r sweeping their stakes too.
game + gamble......what else can b more fun than that.
