Any one have rolled back to Windows XP from Windows Vista for HP pavilion DV6265 .  I tried for DV6000 but did not work. Any suggestion or first hand experience?

you shouldn't have installed vista.

i have hp pavilion dv9000 and removed vista and installed xp with no problem at all

Vista was in it during purchase. Now I have to use so many software that cannot be run in vista. Trouble.

first ya need to make sure if there are windows xp drivers available for that particular model of your computer goto hp.com and find out
