In my opinion, I don't think its only Nepalese. Since you need them more than they need you, you shouldn't worry about 3-4 dollars. Not all nepalese people are like that but there are some like that. So I would suggest, you ignore for the time being and try to get done with whatever you are here for..I am assuming you are student..so try to get done with studies as soon as possible..it will be hard but will worth it in the future.

Rich people got bills to pay too...They gotta make it worthwile for them to get you something so you get the necessary surcharge and inconvenience tax, etc. hahahah Listen, there ain't no such thing a free lunch as per Mr. Keynes a long time ago, so don't expect anyone to do anything for nothing AND MAKE SURE YOU START DOING THE SAME as you apparantly are still living in the parent-sheltered mode from back in Nepal days. A change in your mentality is necessary here. Why didn't you ask them right when it happened? Why back biting now? If you cannot communicate and clear things out, it's not their fault (maybe they might have made a mistake, for all I know). What proof do you have for us to believe that you're not making this up. If you have the receipt (not what you think should be) and other written record, you still have time to confront them, or else stop you typical Nepali attitude. Change yourself bro. Ok let me ring the bell! I saw your post earlier and i didnt comment about it even though i had a differernt perspective. But now i cant help it.. Listen dude Why do you want to make a premature judgement? Why not speculate the case first and them come to a conclusion. I'm saying you might be making a wrong judgement.. What if the owner mistakely told you about the amout? What if they bought the same item for themself for a different value? I want to tell you that dont just make a judgement on whatever you see and you see it because you want to see it. Think about it wait a second and look at the other side... Ok BIg deal what if they want 3-4 bucks more from you? Give it, why be worried about that.. Think about the job you have and the risk they are taking by hiring a illegal yourself! That's atleast a 10K my friend they would have to pay if you something wrong happens... Why bother about these 3-4 bucks and make it an issue.. Look at the bigger picture and see that the job is helping you through college keeping your finance intact... Dont worry about these tiny miny details and be focused in your goals.. dont worry about what they have i.e jobs, big business etc.. just think about yourself.. and how to get yourself moving and up and running.. NOw would that 4 $ come in your way that would hinder your smooth life? No way just get over it.. Well if you crazy meat in your skull really bothers you just be bold and be polite and bring this issue to your owner. This is America my friend you have the right to speak for yourself none would its only you.. so bring that issue up and ask them to clarify.. if not then just shut all the holes of your body and keep working..
