I'm thinking of applying EB2 and EB3 simultaneously since the lawer has an approved EB3 LCA for my company with priority date of December 6, 2004. I have this statement from my lawyer regarding GC processing.. what does it mean..

PLEASE NOTE THAT BECAUSE EB3 PRIORITY DATE IS 12/2004, EB2 PRIORITY DATE WILL NOT BECOME CURRENT FOR ANOTHER 2 YEARS TO BE ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF TRANSFER EB3 PRIORITY DATE AND TO BE ABLE TO FILE YOUR 485.

And, is there any significant advantage using preapproved EB3 LCA in my case. I have to pay $3000 more for processing both. If it's not worth, then I am going for just EB2.
