Well for me, definetly would be job that you love. In the long run job that you loves will pay you more than the job that you hates.

. i think , this question would be a little difficult if "isotropic". This meaning that , i would go for a job i love less but pay more rather than a job that i love more but pay less. Again, i'd say never go for a job that you didnt intend to but where there is plenty money. BUT then, if you're not proficient in such, will you get a job ? I am confusing you all , and getting confused myself. I better agree to Californication :)

Defiantely Job that pays more if you can do it. A job that pays me more can help me enjoy other aspects of life because i will have more money ( go for nice vacation, other luxuries) and since it is paying me more definately it must be something better than the job that pays less . If we are talking about corporate world i can be very happy being a programmer because i am comfortable with it and I think IT managers job will be something i hate because of added responsibilities but I will definately grab the oppurtunity if i get the latter job. Enjoying or not enjoying a job is a state of mind and if i want to be in my comfort zone ony I will remain there forever. Also, if i d not feel my work life is not so interesting i will try to make my personal life (activities related to my personal life more interesting and a job that pays me better definately helps in doing do. Just a personal opinion.
