NOW THAT THE MAO'S HAVE ATTAINED THEIR FREEDOM AFTER MURDERING THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE OVER THE YEARS, ONE MIGHT WANT TO LEARN THAT WE THE PEOPLE ARE EVEN WILLING TO FORGIVE SUCH ATROCITIES IN THE HOPE OF "PEACE"---i just wana piss on f----king prachanda's face n tell him .. u belong in JAIL... LOOKS TO ME LIKE THE PEOPLE'S REVOLUTION LIBERATED THE MAO'S MORE THAN ANYTHINGELSE... cause we all know wht gp, and kp and deuba etc will end up doing.. history does have a way of repeating itself-- esp when we have the the same f---king politicans and historians..

They are both equally prosecutable.....I mean the King and the Maoists... Maoists are playing games right now...I think they should lay down their arms before they come to the talks....If they are really serious about PEACE and being a part of the democratic government, why carry weapons??? Besides, CA election is going to be held...so, I agree with paradoxnemesis and Bhumi_gh on this issue.... You stopped violence, killing and such does not refrain anyone from the wrong doings they did in the past...Like I said, both the King and Maoists should be held accountable and brought to justice....

I dont think the Maoists are going to lay down the arms unless the KING is disposed for good.

Theoritically it sounds correct to prosecute maoist but it is impossible in nepals case, at least for now. The rebel activities of this scale have mostly been resolved by giving more authority, and bringing them to main stream. Even the rich countries did the same - IRA, Shining path, ETA, etc. Ahile ko awastha ma maobadi lai prosecution ko kura nikalera bakheda garnu bhaneko arko 13000 manchhe ko ragat bagauna prerit garnu ho. Lets be practical. Do i want to see maoist leader being prosecuted --- yes IS it the need of time -- nope
