SPA must follow the ASPIRATION of the people's movement and respect the
RECOMMENDATIONS of the members of Civil Society, human rights leaders who are in the jail.

This means REINSTATE OF THE DISOLVED PARLIAMENT and formation of ALL PARTY INTRIM GOVERNMENT including Maoists. Then proceed for the election of the Constituent Assembly.

HERE ALL POLITICAL PARTY MEANS PARTIES WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE PEOPLE'S MOVEMENT, MEMBERS OF CIVIL SOCIETY, HUMAN RIGHTS LEADER AND THE MAOISTS.

The Priminister they choose must vow to accomblish the recommendation of the Civil Society and the aspiration of people's movement. Otherwise, under any influence of Gyane hidden or open will be another dishauster of Nepali people.

Party must not trust Gyane and his advisers - Tuchha Giri especially.

Justice for people:

The intirim government must bring Tulshi Giri, Kamal Thapa. SS Rana, Police chiefs, CDOS and other crimals to the court for justice. These members of Gyane have commited crimes, attrocities and corruption in a large scale. They tried to cross Nepali people not only to atrocities but to the death.

Tulshi Giri and Kamal Thapa must be punished for killing protester all over Nepal.

Tuchcha Giri is still trying to convice Gyane not to give all the power to the people.

Tuchha Giri is the horrible enemy of people of Nepal. All his life he has tried to restrict and punish Nepali people for their civil rights and human rights.

There is no any Nepali individual in that land like Tuchcha Giri who stands against the freedom of people of Nepal. He is a living moster of feudalism.

Tuchha Giri is guitly for his life to violate the human rights of people of Nepal.

As a matter of fact he should be hanged if not possible in the Democratic exercise but must be given prisonment for life because Nepali people should be protected from such morderer and human rights voilater.

None of the people's movement killers, not only who killed with the gun but who issued the curfews and ordered to shoot people from top to butoom should be punished.

Kathmandu and Lalitpur CDOs must not be escaped from the punishment.

TWO WAY TO GET RID OF HIM SOONER NOT LATER:

ONE: FORM ALL PARTY INTIRIM GOVERNMENT WITH CIVIL SOCIETY, HUMAN RIGHTS LEADER AND THE MAOISTS AND GET THE ELECTION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY HAVING TO MOST IMPORTANT BALLETS:

1. KEEP THE KING OR KICK HIM OUT
2. CHANGE THE NAME, TRADITION AND VALUES RNA MILITARISM TO NEPAL ARMY WITH DEMOCRATIC TRADITION AND VALUES - NO SACRIFICING GOATS AND BUFFELOS TO DEVIS OF KING IN TH BARRECKS.

SECOND: KEEP THE PEOPLE'S MOVEMENT WITH THE GOAL OF SPA TO THE FINAL REVOLUTION. THIS WILL BE SURE WAY TO GET RID OF HIM SOON THEN LATER. BUT NEED A LOT OF SACRIFICE OF NEPALI ORDINARY LIVES.
