I have been informed by the sender of the message that the e-mail was a personal note sent to various people and not expected to land on a public forum. Hence the posting has been deleted. DcKeta, please don't post information such as those received in your email without the sender's explicit approval. Thanks

First of all My apology to the sender but in contrary i was amazed to hear that the sender didnot want to reach THE NEPALI CITIZENS rather wanted to appeal to certain individuals. I have no rights to defend others where as i have rights to defend myself. If and only if the sender wanted to send the letter to certain individuals, then they should have mentioned all the individuals name on the LETTER. The sender wants NEPALI people to fight for his/her father's HUMAN RIGHTS but doesnot want the LETTER to be read by the NEPALI CITIZENS. That is weird, this shows how united WE NEPALI ARE. Any once again my apology to the SENDER. Jai Nepal

dcketa, it was not written well, so it got all the beatings. What the lady wrote didn't make any sense to me - how simply my father lived, he was not a ghusyaha etc., etc. Ta ke Bharatmohan should have looted also, some abnormal thing he did by nalooting nepal? Manmohanji, yes! he lived a simple life, but that was before 1990. If I know well, he used to frequent Mohan Khetan's place to get money. He was sick but he had no money to foot his medical bills. But after he became PM, he added lots of property. So we can't say that Manmohanji was a clean man either. U can check with Bharatmohanji's daughter regarding this. Another pissing thing was 'A servant sneaked the letter out' - wouldn't it have been better if she had written, 'Shyam or whoever, who works at my father's place sneaked the letter out."

Recently I have seen a lot of discontentment and disaproval from few posters of sajha at the bans that I have had to place. Some have take the matter so far as to publish few pages in free geocity pages calling me from mandaley to maoist, at some simple thing like banning a username or deleting their post. The fact of the matter is that, in the end, I'm the one responsible for what is in this site. Anonymous users can come write anything they want and complain and go on rampage about being banned, and I don't blame them, because they have nothing to lose. I have to look after my interests by making sure that the contents here follow the general etiquettes outlined in sajha. As outlined in the sajha posting etiquettes, I would like to stress that anyone using sajha to indulge in propaganda of hate - be it personal or political, diseminating falsified information and rumor mongering will have their postings removed from the site.

I totally agree with SAN, he has the right to delete the posts if "the posting refers to personal interest or group". I am not any different from other sajhaites and i do respect SAN's decision on deleting "MY POSTING". The motive of the posting was different but the mass directed in other way. Nevermind, this is a public forum and I donot blame SAN at all, i understand his responsibilities and duty as a "SITE ADMINISTRATOR". And also BY GETTING the POST DELETED doesnot mean that SAJHA is not being fair, Lets not blame the SITE ADMINISTRATOR, he has been deleting the only those POSTS when he gets COMPLAINS about the POST and/or really not suitable for the forum. Bravo SAN. Jai Nepal.

Sajha can and should, on its own discretion, make restrictions on a thread if deemed necessary. Thats fully justifiable and I am not questioning that in this post. I am just wondering why the daughter of DPM would have asked to delete the thread. Now, let me speculate. The letter seemed to get some bashing instead of sympathy. Perhaps the allegation that she got the scholarship to China using her father's influence was correct after all. (I dont know but she should have denied it if it was untrue). This is one of the reasons behind the discontent of the general populace, when deserving and hard working candidates end up woking hard on their dark room in some corner of kathmandu (without water and warmth) whereas people with links easily get rewarded with scholarship, just like in your case. This is one of the reasons behind disenchantment in the people that contributed towards terrorism aka maoists. kati kyar kyar garnu khai, chuchho dhungo uhi tungo bhanya jasto p.s. DCketa bro, no offense to you. Last time u had posted a statement from Gagan and I was at first confused into thinking that u were Gagan (who is a good friend of mine, but havent seen him in two years). I actually wanted to see if u actually were him, but it seems u are not.

How do you define a simple life? Specially in regards to Manmohan ji. He visited Khetan? What's wrong with that? As soon as a politician visits a business house, there is a problem? Should all Leaders be born "RICH" so that they won't have to take kickbacks.... or How should leaders behabe or act? Should they walk to a party at Soaltee Crown Plaza from Maharajgunj because they don't have a car. Taxi would probably be too expensive! Krsna Prasad Bhattara is living in someone else's house in Bhaisepati-- what should he do because he is a neta, he has to die in a jhupadi??
