Maile USA apply garna lageko but mero birth harako thiyo paxi ward office gayera banauda birth certificate ko copy(partilipi) दियो
USCIS ko website country Nepal select herda required documents ma certified copy not available lekheko xa kasailai kunai idea xa vanne vandinu ma tw depression ma jana lageko jasto vaisakya xu please kasialai kehi thah xa vanne please please reply

K visa apply garna Nepal ko birth certificate chaincha ra? Passport ra Nepali nagarikta bhaye pugdaina re? Kasle magyo birth certificate?

USCIS indicate nepali birth certified copy not available but my ward office issued a copy of my birth certificate is acceptable or not iam so scared

Does the certificate you received from the ward office say its a copy? If not then it looks like thats what you woukd send based on the link you provided up there. I am not a lawyer and it's not a legal advice but about 15 years ago i got something similar from ward office and transalated it from Nepali to english and had to notorize it. I hear now a days they actually provide it in English so no hassle of translating and notarizing it.

Yes ward office issued copy with local registrar sign and office stamp this copy acceptable??
