Friends, If a case is filed under husband's name and the wife is his dependent on the asylum case. While they are awaiting the case to finalize, if they want to get divorced what happens to the case from the wife's standpoint? Would she have to file a new under her name? Or does it make their asylum case weak? What option does she have? A serious situation, so would appreciate any input based on your experience.
