Hi Sajha Folks, I have two cloumns A & B with last name first, and then first name. For example: Biden, Joe. Now, I am trying to find if the name that appears in column A also appears in column B. Also, column B may be missing middle initial for some of the names. I do not want to manually look up as it will take a lot of time. Is there a formula that I can use? If the closest match is found, it can either give me a true value or the name itself. Thanks in advance!
