Hi friends I am a GC holder. It's been 2 years I'm here in USA . Due to problems on my life I could not continue my study . But trying to get graduate. I heard about IT training and did QA online three months back.I don't have IT knowledge. The consultantcy has been sending job posting but and I have been applying too. But no any calls from vendor for interview. Please friends how can I get job from this training or do I have to take more traing then please suggest me for companies that provide free Training

It takes some patience and luck to get the first job. It also depends on the type of vendor you are working with. If there are multiple layers then you will have harder time landing a job. What kind of QA training did you do? Manual QA demand is very low. Get some Selenium and SQL training as well.

Also, work on personal skills like talking, replying on the emails (get familiar with Lync, Skype and Outlook), I have seen many freshers who have no idea what outlook is, or how a docking station works.

Do I need to take classes for SQL and selenium from consultancy or ? Do any of the consultancy provide free Training?

Well, your company should do it for you. If not find others. A general suggestion is do not go with the Nepalese consultancies. They rarely have direct connections, and almost always rely on third party reqs on Indeed or other sites.
