i said in previous thread, tps is not automatic it's all about lobbying, in fact whole US govt. is about lobbying otherwise they wouldn't know, so if u r in tps wants to be extended 100% for sure, go knock the door of nepal govt. officials ( Nepal embassy in US here in this case) . all they have to do is remind US govt. to renew by writing letter why recovering haven't gone well in nepal, same thing happened over Haiti case and plus almost all tps countries, otherwise just pray and wait for gamble 50%-50% chance that they will awaken and do the right thing. I would like to see people who r in tps to progress not in despair otherwise i have nothing to do with.

Ladies & Gents, I have heard rumors about whoever holds TPS status will undergo investigation and will likely result in deportation process. Also, asylum seekers will be evicted out of the US of A.

Nepal government has to officially request the redesignation of TPS to the US government. So if anybody who needs the TPS to be redesignated, gather anybody you can find and write an email or letter to the government of nepal or nepal embassy here or even the concerned diplomat.

Raise some awareness about the matter. Find some advocacy group who will push this matter infront of the Nepali government.

USCIS will publish notice on federal register and later on USCIS website 60 days before the current expiration data of December 24, 2016 . The re registration period would be open for only 60 days but not like 180 days during the initial registration period.

we should start a forum here to aware about re registration procedures, documentation, share collect and gather information about TPS for Nepal , If USCIS extends TPS4Nepal 60 days before the expiration date , so every Nepalese currently holding TPS Status and wants to renew TPS can share their experience, queries about their personal questions about re registration process of TPS...
