Hello Guys,
I need a suggestion here. My 485 is still pending and I got RFE on my birth certificate. I am submitting all docs to provide secondary evidence for authenticating my birth certificate this week.
I have a family emergency and I need to go to Nepal on Feb first week for a week. Is it safe to travel with Advance parole? anyone traveled with AP recently? Please share your experience!!
Thanks,
KJ

you go back home with your nepali passport. while coming back use your AP / TPS papers and that's it. In Nepal airport while coming back , the airlines / Nepal immigration might tell you that a visa is needed. " You can tell them to fuck off as that is none of their business " Also make sure you come back before the dates in the AP.
