1. You are smart enough to come to the US , therefore you are smart enough to file it yourself. Go to USCIS.GIV, download I-589, complete it, submit it. 
2. Seek Legal Aid Center for free legal representation if you have a rare genuine matter
3. If you are unsure about how strong your case is or do not know ehere to begin and end and how to file, seek an attorney in your area. If you hire an attorney it will be around $2000 to $4000. But, with an attorney representing you, your chances are definetely higher, since the attorney will not put their license at stake by doing a bogus case
4. Get advice from friends and family who have done it successfully before, get attorney referral and file.
5. Remember, if you are a fleeing asylee, you DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS to prove your persecution. Think. A person who left the home nation to save their life would not have time to gather "letters" for a future asylum case. Think practically. Also maoists or  any other terrorists do not issue donations receipts or letters on a day to day basis.

1. if you are still maintaining status, finish your school. dont waste 8 years just pursiung Bachelors degree or keep on going back to associate degree. Even if you are out of status, go online school, google them, do it. at least finish it.
2. if its a genuine relationship, a marriage with a citizen or a green card holder can give you green card instantly.

Even if i would not go to the extent what balmatlab is doing by reporting to the authorities (?), fraudlent cases are definitely making genuine asylum seeker's cases difficult to get through. I had read somewhere, with too much of asylum filing activities in Scandenivian countries, some nepali are worried that people in those countries have some bad perception about Nepal as a whole. नेपाल भनेको बलात्कारी नै बलात्कारी , चोर फटाहा , अनि जिउदै भएका बाउ आमालाई मारिदिए भन्ने , अनेक किसिमका अपराधिक समुह देसै भरि भएको देश रैछ भन्ने छाप पर्न लाग्यो रे |

I think you were too much concerned of the vanishing nepali culture among younger generation nepali abroad ( is that you ? :) ). Baalmatlab has some points here. I kind of agree with his point. This company or group of people are not doing something that is legit. There are lot of cases where other group of people or individual has been arrested or indicted for the same reason. I don't think it is wise to come up in Sajha and keep advertising about their company in such a way that you are showing other people in America that this kind of thing exist. Well in saying that you are not only exposing but you are jeopardizing other people who have gone through the process because if this company get caught for what ever reason ( the reason I think right now is publicly advertising their business), some of other people who have gone through this process might have their case open. And Mr. Sumangurung, it might be as well you too. I don't think Baalmatlab has reported it, but he is proving a point that don't come and expose other people for the sake of money. If you do a good business, people will come because you are proved to be good. No need to advertise, especially when the thing is a scam, not for us but to the government.

I don't want to fight or argue. But like to answer personal question abt me.

The only paper I show when I came to US was my certificate and bank statement , and yes those are genuine , period.

Regarding complain abt all illegal stuff , yes I do complain about on and to my congress man , I do write emails to them on and off . Ilegal is Ilegal period, if congress pass law and they become legal, I will not complain either.

Fake asylum and all Ilegal stuff by everyone should be encouraged to reported to proper authority . There is no different between nepali doing Ilegal stuff and Mexican doing it, they are all punishable .

 I think it's not helpnepal's fault, i know Helpnepal was doing add before but they got off the hook, n then somebody asks abt helpnepslforever, so whose fault is this? People looking for helpnepal to fulfill their intentions or helpnepal?
