We all know to qualify in this bill, you must be living in US before this date 31st, December 2011.

Now, so many changes in this bill, one of the changes is Overstayed International Students won't be qualified.

Why????  Agree to increase in H1B visas extremely high numbers.

LATINO don't give a sh*t about it,  Tech Company got what they need increase in H1B. Farmers are happy. And I don't give a damm about it.

So, if you're in this catagory, still you have a chance until the bill passes..tell all the current international students about it to call their college presidents, international student dept.....make them aware.

Aware of ?. That you student who is illegal should be US citizen? Who will buy this? This bill is already against the will be American people dude.

 Can u provide a source sexyinsari? The last time i checked CNN and it says overstayed f1 also qualifies who came before December 2011. I know there so many Nepalese waiting for this bill. This immigration bill is very tuff as some senator from vermont has proposed a poison bill that says even gay and lesbians couples should be given green cards if one if them is citizen. Further Senate has to pass and then the house of congress ( full of conservatives).

This link says temporary worker status for overstayed visas, so who got the right intel, not sure until it passes
