Nice poem Freedom bro, I am in the same situation. Don't wanna give away all my moeny for a small peice of land. Its just too much. 

Nepal is overly populated as compared to the size of the country. The main cause of the population growth in country like Nepal and India is because of our culture. We are proud of our culture but its degrading our society and quality of life. We have to change in our thinking and push back our culture too. Mostly hindu family people expect son and they keep having children until they have a son. Sometime they even marry another wife. I hate to say our culture is not good at all. They want to eat 'pinda' from their son after they die. This is all bullshit. We have to control population growth otherwise Nepal can soon be like living in Hell. Most people just want to get married just to have kids even though they don't have girlfriend. This is [Disallowed String for - banned word]ing ridiculous. Even parents force their kids to get married and have children. They don't know or probably do that they are digging a dig to bury themselve alive.

I just wished that real estate developers would move out from the valley and give people like me more options. I would love to live in the countryside, far away from the pollution but with modern houses. 

Even i could afford it, i don't want to encourage such unrealistc prices in the city. It is not fair to the general population.
