Hahaha, I have been an initiator all my life. I don't want to be a leader, but I like to do things that benefit others. I care for others, may be that is the reason. Not only in school, but also on other places, I have to step up because others don't.

Do we see any update in online status after biometrics taken? I'm just asking this because we did our biometrics on different location (other than scheduled one). Thanks guys.

I just did mine. So lets wait for some time. I dont think there will be a problem if you do your biometric on different place. If they let you do it then you should be fine.

and what else?

As instructed on the Notification letter, you need to take two things.
1) Notification Letter
2) Photo ID ( Such as your passport, Driver License, State issued Photo ID etc)

Yup, like TPS said, those things, and you can go there early.
Some places won't let you take phone, but other places you can take it, but you have to switch it off.

I had one piece Rudraksha mala, and she asked me to take it out. They were asking some girls to take their big earings.

How long after biometrics

1-2 Months they say, might be sooner.

How hard is to get fees waived for TPS? My income is below the 150% poverty level. Should I go ahead and apply for the waiver? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

It has some chances, but if you can afford it then people recommend to pay the Fee.

Ketaharu sachchikai sustaye. Looks like everybody applied by now, leaving few. MimroRamero I heard, TPS approval could take 4-6 months or longer. Workpermit is in 3 months. Lets hope all goes well for everyone.

@Mimroramero Thank you. Should I send just one money order for $515 or does it have to be separate money orders for EAD and TPS filing and biometrics?

@bikash_001 TPS might take more than 3 months, but EAD will be ready within 3 Months.

@tapaiko_mitra Yes, you can send one money order. When I made money order, the lady at the Ralph said, it goes to increment of $500, so she made two for me. $500, and $15.

Just write a personal check of $515!

Tps update....date for finger print collection aug 12...never recived a single mail till todays date called them and asked for it...does this happened to anybody else too...
