यो राजधानी सहरको सडक हो । यहाँ नियम-कानुन लाग्दैन । कसले कहाँबाट गाडी गुडाउने हो अनि कसले कताबाट 'ओभरटेक' गर्ने वा कुन वाहन कहिले कताबाट आउने हो, ठेगान छैन । सडकका गतिविधि जङ्गल-राजसरह छन् । बिहान घरबाट निस्केको मानिस सग्लो र्फकने हो कि होइन, टुङ्गो हुँदैन । तस्बिरमा त अझ नवयुवतीहरूसमेत सडकमा उन्मुक्त देखिएका छन् । 'ओभरलोड' को परवाह छैन, 'ओभरटेक' को डर छैन । साँच्चि के भएको हो हामीलाई ?
