don't know how to? get on desktop, no windows open, all minimized. hit shift + print screen. (print screen is one of the 3 buttons next to your caps lock num lock buttons) right next to scroll lock button)

then go open paint, and hit ctrl+v. reduce the size and upload! here is mine!

Foe 4 mysty,
At the place you browse to your file, it states (only GIF and JPG files are accepted), but you have trying to upload a file of type BMP. I even sent you an email yesterday stating this.

Try to save it as a JPG or GIF file when you save the file.
