gairidhara ko sekuwa is the best.........My mamghar was around the corner near the police headquaters.......me and me cousin brothers and some local friends used to get vodka and enjoy the sekuwa like snack time before dinner.....or sometimes even dinner.........I loved their keema naan and buff sekuwa with salad...............Oh how about Naxals famous everest momo.......used to be rs 14 for plate........Oh Bhai.....Achar ko Jhol ali badi haala hai..........ummmmmm MOMO...I want you momo i love you sekuwa and momo..............man those days as a teenager going to school .....and not working depending on what relatives gave me as a pocket money here and there and saving lunch money, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Jaile pani lagda lagda, they stopped putting us in the cell as we always got off within an hour after being arrested (the connexions ran way up back then...hahahh). Damn, I still can't believe that there used to be curfew after 10 to hang out in Thamel but the toursits could do it all night long...Also, in the casinos, Neps were barred but somehow we made fake school IDs from India with an Indian address that we passed for peeps from Darj. Damn, still can't belive the double standards of the Nepali laws back then.

hahahah dat underground khor was da bomb!! First time I went there, damn it stunk of pee so bad that I got high on the fumes! hahaha j/k However, since we were always released in an hour or more, they put us underground, but instead of the khor, they kept us outside the khor in the chairs. hahahah We were the only ones who could smoke there as these cops were just doing their jobs and to portray fairness, took us along with everyone else but inside we were always treated differently. Being a local has its perks!! Thats dat of my sorkhutte days...Ain't gonna go to one here fo sho!!

well amaging My Mama Ghar was in Naxal....but I studied in Dipendra police school in sanga...................and Man I do miss those days................the last time I was in Nepal almost all my close buddies had married.....Kids..jobs or were overseas .....and all our hang out places or akhadas were crowded with young new faces.....all those kids who would be running around chasing kites........candy and wear school uniforms calling us Dai.................Man those kids were tall and all hiphop attire and now they were the Dudes of the tole............THE TORCH HAD BEEN PASSED ON.............they still respected us like senior dais........it was a funny feeling because I left Nepal when all our friends were the dudes of the tole...................Sadly time had passed so fast that now my friends other priorities in their life than just sit all day and sip tea, tease girls, gang fights, smoke stuff and just look cool....long hair, leather jackets and over coats, lockets,jeans and harley or dingo boots. and patroll the tole.................BUT i am satisfied that I came ou allright leaving behind wonderful memories
