You do not get asylee status if u r in student status, they just give u a letter of denial.. And send u back to school so ur case doesn't get forwarded to court. Hey why don't u email me ur number so dat we can talk bout this in detail..

It is better to have a good lawyer who has a good idea about it and serious about this matter. Yo kaam bhayo bhaney raamro ho..bhayena bhaney tauko dukhney kaam ho..so better be well prepared...talking about documents..it all depends upon your statement.... hawa taal ma chaahi kaile nee apply na garnu,...

you seem to have a lot of idea in this matter..please tell me how good is to file through the help of paralegal....how hard is the process itself...and getting documetns from nepal would not be a problem...jst any idea about what the interview is like..what short of questions and all...do lawyer work fpr you even they know your case is fake...how much will a lawyer cost... please reply

 yah, you really dont have to file asylum within in one year but if you do.. is better. else you will be raised question regarding that and you have to have the conviencing answer to them. Anyway you cant do it in a week coz it needs really lots of work. Take your time and make sure you got supporting details to your story.

Rajeshdai: Naam chai rajesh dai, kaam chai 1 class padne bhai ko. If you are student, why can't you study your ass off and get a handsome job later. 100000's of people have gotten it and why you can't?

I consider illegal asylum as saying "Asshole-i-am". In future, may be you will get GC but when you talk to yourself in mirror, you will know that you did it lying not by truth. That will haunt you forever in life. While people here in sajha are going home for good, why are you using this negative way to stay here. Getting GC won't land you a job. I see many GC holders still working in gas station while lot of  H1B's making 6 figures.

As somebody said "Chado gaye thaha chaina, dhilo gaye awasya pugincha...". Don't sell your identity just to get the GC.

I hope you don't take offence but Asylum is for people who needed it badly.
