If you put Liquid Soap (Luga dhune-without diluting) in the cracks (around bed) and infested area regularly for some days (every day), they will die or go away. The soap solidifies in the cracks and bugs will not find place to hide. This method does not couse harm to health. You can use a wash bottle to put the soap in the cracks. It definitely makes the room bug free.
You can vacuum the room a couple of times a week.
This method worked for me, hopefully it will work for you too.

Instead of liquid soap, I will recommend to use Boric Acid , you can get a pound bottle in Walgreen pharmacy cheaper (4.99 per large bottle) than others. Buy 2-3 of them and put it all over the cracks , even on your bed.Why I am suggesting this, it kill roaches 110% and hoping will work for bedbugs too. How it works?Once the bugs walk over it, it does not kill them but it will apart their legs and their eggs too. Before you get the tempo powder, use it. Keep in mind they are very smart, so dust the outlet too, do not let them fled away without walking over it because it destroys the bug's leg, not the bug. With impaired legs they are not coming back ( sounds funny but works for roaches and hoping it will work on beg bugs too)

I'd say get an exterminator and get a warranty with them or try boric acid. Boric Acid does not chop their legs....they consume it and since they do not have a digestive system like ours they expand and die
