ऐतिहासिक जनआन्दोलन तथा बृहद् शान्ति सम्झौतापछि प्राप्त नागरिक अधिकार, गणतन्त्र र संघीयताजस्ता उपलव्धिहरुलाई नयाँ संविधानद्वारा संस्थागत गर्दै देशलाई फेरि हिंसा र मुठभेडतिर जानबाट रोक्न थोरैमात्र समय बाँकी रहेको यो घडीमा सबै समस्याको समाधान गर्ने माध्यम वार्ता र संविधानसभालाई नै बनाउन सबै पक्षलाई हामी आह्वान गर्दछौँ । आप\mना कार्यहरुमा लोकतान्त्रिक विधि र प्रक्रियाको हेक्का राख्न र आप\mनो आम पङ्क्तिलाई असंयमित तथा हिंस्रक हुनबाट रोक्दै लोकतन्त्र र शान्तिको पक्षमा शान्तिपूर्ण जनदवावमा मात्र सीमित रहन हामी सबै पक्षलाई आग्रह गर्दछौँ ।

Where were they when Ram Hari was killed, Prachanda Thaiba was killed?
Where were they when PKD attempted to force Totalitarian regime?
