This is a request/advice to the owners/workers/relatives of NIRVANA Company.

My here is my story: Last month this nice girl called me by my name, called me Dijju..called my husband by my name and called him dai and tried to sell us cards. We were thrilled that they called us and that there is a company in Nepal that sells cards and also uses telemarketers. However, we told them that we rarely call these days as there are other mediums of staying in touch. That was then...This is now....
They call us at all odd hours, they call consistently, apparently they have no clue that we had been called that very morning and had been told that we use other methods of getting in touch with our in-laws, parents, brothers and sisters, so they call us again (different people times hours) This constant harassment has been going on every day with us politely turning them down. But it has got to stop!!!!!!!! They call in the wee hours of the morning now after we turned them down.
Does this happen to anybody else?
They even got a hold of my cell phone and there were 8 missed calls in the span of 15 mins. Does that give an idea to the sajha folks??
This morning they called at 3 a.m. and that is after wishing them the best in their endevors!!

dude, good for you if you get all the refund back. i guess we are not talking about how good or bad the card it.. i belive it also depends upon how the connections are.. and i have no right to critisize their cards as i havent used it yet. but i guess we are talking about why do they call at odd hours. i did recieved the call too.. not at late night but at 6 in the morning. now imangine you get a call at 6in the morning and ask to purchase the card...and when denied.. yet they call next morning.. i am sure you'r not gonna be the happiest person in the world...
about spending 100$ in prostitute.. its their money they spend however they like.. nobody has right to ask them to buy this or that. but if they dont want to buy the card then whats your problem...
its not that we dont support the nepali companies.. hell yes they should be promoted but they can definately choose the different ways and not calling again and again in the odd hours and repeating the same old thing when they already know the answer...

After so many comments here I decided to call up their customer care …. 1800 773 0782 and there is another one Nepal support 1800 210 6732 ….. to find out their timings to call their customers ….. I got through 773 0782 and had had a talk with the person …. He said their timing is 10 pm Nepal time to 6 am Nepal time …
And their customer care only works during this time ……… so it means …. Nirvana tel have hired speciall people to trouble these three gentlemen …. They have a mission to irritate the shit out of them ….. hahaha
Mr November ….its very bugging to receive calls at odd hours yes .. very true .. you think a company with millions of $ investment would do that in their right mind ….

I had the same experience with this company. They kept calling me and calling me so finally I gave them my cc no. and bought a 5 dollar card. I thought well nepali people are doing this I should support their effort so I bought it but, I got the pin no. and try to call nepal, but the 1-800 no. doesn't work, I have sent emails to them, no reply. There is noway to contact them, because there is no number to call them in the website expect an email address.

it seems like you guys work for this company, if not stop saying shit.... if you have used the calling card than say something if not u need to mind ur own business...

Ha Ha Ha, this thread made my day. I haven’t received a single call (I thank God for that) from these guys, neither have I used their cards, I was keeping myself outta this thread. But as I am reading some of the postings (namely of Malvika (senior banker, I might add), Pallavi, Nishant (the insane) and Johnny baba, I can’t anymore stop myself but write a sentence for the aforementioned fools.
