while umesh is busy collecting news and information on nepal and around the world with his site www.mysansar.com which doesn't include all the blinking ads like sajha, San's making all money just for setting up this website for us fools, and lately he has used porno to get even more users.
it's just an open question, it might even sound foolish, but hey this is an open forum,
what do you guys think?

Raazstone it's a good question. I'm sure both San and Umesh have put a lot of work into their sites. During the last revolutionary period Umesh's blog played a very big role in giving information during the time of information vaccuum in the country. More than anything I see Umesh as a bold person who had the guts to do something that noone else did and that is a very commendable work.

During merosansar's starting period Umesh was smart to take advantage of the popularity of sajha forum to advertise his blog. I think most of his initial visitors were from sajha. Merosansar took off mainly because it was a bold step to write against the King in the form of a blog. That is why it has a good following.

Comparing merosansar and sajha is like comparing apples to oranges. Both are good in their own ways. Merosansar is one persons view mainly political, while sajha is a place where many people can express their views on any subjects.

mysansar.com : daily average : 6130 visitors [ based on Period: 156 Days ]

Sajha.com could be sold at $1.22 million NOW , and mysansar.com could be sold at $1.63 million now. This means, when the two websites are at its FULL POTENTIAL.

Still , i say : SAJHA.COM rocks ! c'mon, its my choice .. i dont follow the statistics .. AND its based on some irregular periods anyways.

Mysansar is one persons blog site where he can sing his own glory and glorify his own cause whereas sajha is a site owned by one person to provide a space for many Nepalis to glorify their many different causes. I have commented sometimes in mysansar but it never gets published because it clashes with the blogowners ideas.

Oldmaven you must have gotten your data from alexa which counts the hits only if you have installed the Alexa toolbar. You can look at the publicly available stats from extreme stats to get the actual data.
