Registration Period for People Who Already Have TPS: Oct. 24, 2023, through June 24, 2025, for those re-registering for TPS under the designation extension announced in the June 21, 2023 FRN 88 FR 40317.

Employment Authorization Document (EAD) Auto-Extended Through: June 30, 2024, for current beneficiaries under the June 24, 2015 TPS designation for Nepal whose documents, as specified, have been automatically extended by the Nov. 2022 FRN.

Hey Guys , for TPS reregistration , Do we need to upload granted TPS of 2015 ( 1st one) or we can upload any of them like 2017/ 2018 etc?

from what I know you have to file a Travel document via mail.

you just file it online and do not submit any documents, If you are previously approved , then you are all set. Hope it helps !

I am in Immigration Proceeding as well and my TPS was last approved in 2016 December. I am also re registering this time, let's see what happens.

On Part 7 1.b. (I entered the United States on the following date, and have resided in the United States since that time). What date do we write? I recently traveled with advance parole so wasn't sure. thanks

@jay050 i agree with Sampurna. Part 7 1 b ma your first entry date where as part 2 ko no 19 ma recent entry date since you mentioned you traveled with AP.

Anyone filing I-821 online, what did you put for this question 6) What is the expiration date of the authorized stay
shown on your form I-94 or Form I-95. I am not sure if this question applies for TPS holders. I did go to I-94 website to get my I-94 no. tho. and it has Admit Until Date: This date is just another date 1 year form last entry date. Wondering what did people input. Please help out if you can. Thanks Sampurna. The most recent Fed announcement has 6/24/2025 as TPS validation date. That does sound reasonable. I am curious what others put in there. Trying to get it right on first attempt so it does not delay the approving/sending of the card etc
