Yo yo North Pointer Check Bobby...u still there brother...and Sahayog...I do know Wasim..he was a batch senior to me..we got along pretty well..his brother Kaizer was cool too...I remember there was a huge brawl at MH during an Edinburgh Match..some MH guys tried to stick it upto Wasim when he was alone..when the rest of the seniors came to know it was payback time...It was just 8 senior NP guys against the whole MH hostel...and they still beat the shit outta them,,two of the MH guys had head injuries ...it was not over. the next day Wasim and Kaizer came over the school early in the morning and waited for the MH guys and beat them one by one as they made their way to school...

Did any NP or Lc students attend the Grand Joint Reunion in March this year???

NORTH POINTER....R U FROM NORBU YONZONE'S BATCH...ROBIN BROWNE???YEA HEARD THE REUNION WAS GOOD...SCHOOLS HAS CHANGED A LOT...THE INFRASTRUCTURE AND EVERYTHING...THEY HAVE OPENED A BRANCH IN SOME IN MUNGPOO...IT IS MEANT FOR THE CHILDREN BUT PLAN IS TO MAKE IT INTO A WORLD CLASS INSTITUTION...THEY HAVE MADE A LOT OF CHANGES TO THE BUILDING TOO....I WILL POST THE PICTURES LATER...NWAYS TAKE CARE AND SUR SUM CORDA...NP TO THE BONE....

yea u right me from norbu's batch. robin browne was actually a batch snr. actually norbu was also in robin's batch but was not so bright so gulti khaying so thts how he landed in our batch, yea m aware of the mungpoo initiative, its really great. check out this blog by one of the more snr north pointers ...

North Point Daju...thanks for the URL...I had not seen the pictures of the actual school...it looks great doesnt it!!! AND THIS NORTH POINT IS CO-ED...it made me a bit envious of course...but looking at it in a broader perspective...it makes one proud of having been associated with an institution like North Point...And with Fr. Van who should be regarded as one of the great visionaries in the field of education in Darjeeling...At a time when education is getting commercialized, its great to see North point still stick to its values and help a faltering brother...and at the same time still manage to be one of the best with all the modern facilities...HURRAH FOR THE HOME IN THE MOUNTAINS...NP TO THE BONE>>>SUR SUM CORDA>>>

I cundt agree more Sursum Corda, ever since I left NP I never felt home much any where, North Point is where we got our foundations, the best of the best there is. NP is not just academics, its sports, discipline, adulthood, frens for life and that NP spirit.

Fr. Van is one of the greatest philanthropist and an educationist, I'm lookin fwd to extend some support on our Mungpoo initiative. Wherever you are bro, do well, be happy and never let the trappings of the world break your North Point spirit (of course I dont need to tell you that) :)
