Guys help me. I just could not stop stealing money everyday from the Gas Station I work. I have been adicted to this act. How can I stop doing this? This gas station belongs to a Dhoti. I am in Texas.

I steal almost $100 everyday. I don't know I am doing good or bad.

What do you mean by "....from my gas station"? Well, if its your gas station then, it does not matter if you steal $100 a day or $5000 a day. You are stealing your own money.

If you share the stolen money with me you won't feel as guilty...ke cha bichar?

It's that simple: just stop taking money from Cash Register! Be good! you will be saved by the GOD!!!

Instead of telling us here in sajha, tell yr dhoti boss.

dhoti sala ..baal matlab ......sadhai ta kam garen hoina ni ...jato sakdo ...luttt masale dhoti lai .......jun bela ni nikalna sakcha ...tesaile sathi don't worry have fun .....tara 100 ta atti bho yaarr bichara bhikari hola ...BTW ! kati ko sale huncha 1 day ma !!!

There is an easy way to stop this habit. Every time you feel like stealing, think about what will happen if you are caught. Think about how embarrassed you will feel when your parents back home find out that their child has been put to jail. Humans are very selfish and the only way you can get them to do or not do is by making them realize how it will affect them. If you realize that you will suffer once you get caught, you will stop. 

Just quit your job.

Remember one thing- You may get deported if caught. You may think they won't figure out that you been stealing money, but don't worry पाप धुरीबाट कराउँछ !  

steal but use that money wisely. it's an opportunity. and don't be greedy. !!!!!!!! don't blow that money on expensive clothes, used bmw, hookers/strippers and booz/drug.

What is the difference between Pankaj Joshi and someone who steals his employer's money from his safe, cash register or even from his wallet?  You guys are no better than Pankaj Joshi! 

Think of it this way, your dad has kirana pasal or wholesale pasal, and he employes "a kancha" and he "steals" money every day. Will you be OK with that ?

What's saddening is that most try to justify that stealing from a dhoti
gas station is OK.

Most of us working labor jobs, work whole day and still don't make a 100 dollars, so don't even try and justify that it is "OK" to take money like that. I believe in something called karma, you rob someone today, tomorrow it may bite you in the ass.

edit: As far as solution is concerned, if you can't stop stealing, find a different job.

What to say to you!

First thing is that you are doing a bad thing. Second thing is that you are publicizing it. You should not be posting things like this here in sajha. By this posting, you have accepted the crime and you have provided the mailing address of your residence to the investigative authority. You might well know this fact that your address can be easily tracked by the Cops if they want to find out who you are by tracking your ip address. You have accepted that you are stealing $3000 a month (assuming you work all days) and $36,000 per year. That's a lot of money for the Cops to come after you.

If you commit a crime, try to get out of the situation and do not publicize it. Pankaj Joshi did the same thing. He committed a crime and he also publicized it. Had he not stolen the lottery ticket or  not mentioned of winning of the lottery to anybody else, he would not probably be in probelm now. You are exactly doing the same thing. If the cops really want to come after you, they can knock your door tomorrow. Therefore, first of all, don't do bad thing. Secondly, if you do, try to come out of this and do not publicize it.

The gains from stealing might reward you in the short run but in the long run, you will suffer tremendously. You will be spoiled by the astounding income that stealing act generates. It must be an addiction, sort of.....try to do your best to stay away from it.

If I was u, I would stop stealing from today itself, and b thankful to the god, for your owner did not find out what u were doin until now. Whatever u have stolen until now, think that as God's gift n quit doin that immediately............stolen money will never do u any gud...............

$100 / day..thats too much...steal like $10/day...which helps u to pay your rent...boss will not care too...akhir...boss pani customer lai chordai ta cha ni....hahaha

only thing ur dhoti can do is fire u, nothin else..he can't call cops on u.. since the fine for hiring illegally is more than $10,000...if u don't love ur job, keep doin wat ur doin...dhotis deserve that!

Stealing money will haunt you one day. It is bad habit and it don't go away easily. The more you steal the more you become addicted until one day you will be finally found out.
