He gave full rights to India to use the water of those river. If some Nepali people in the border would use couple of hundred gallon water to irrigate their fields, it would be criminal act for Indian Government and Nepalese current government silently supported that.

Because of the corrupt Leader in Nepali Congress, Nepal couldnot benefit from those river. India does not pays a penny as a tax or royalty for using Nepalese rivers. I was so shocked to listen that "Nepali Congress is the most corrupt party". Let me correct you "bal nabhyeko bahadur", Nepali congress in not corrupt. It is a misfortune of Nepali congress party that some of its member mibehaved and were lured by money. But Nepali Congress is more than that. Where were the Maoist 15 yrs ago when Nepali congress was fighting for the rights of People? Yeah, they thought PANCHAYAT was fiar enought to control people with low thoughts like you.
Some 100's in the party are corrupt, but they comprise more than 50% of Nepali population. My dad is a member of Nepali congress. He broke his head to bring democracy in 2046 so that mofos like you can freely spit whatever you want like this. He left politics after democracy only to see some of his intimate friends like CHIRANJVI WAGLE, and KHUM BAHADUR KHADKA ruin the country.
