Its always nice to hear our brothers n sisters success, and this one has been very big. I cant just stay without congratulating him.
If i am not wriong one, Nepali gal ( ayushma.....) have won this award few years ago. We seem to be winning some beauty contest in international arena these days, its always good to win contest.
